Part time licensed Property Manager . Must be licensed with RECA and in good standing. You will be responsible for booking showings, responding to emails , text messages , confirming appointments, filling out leases and inspection reports as well as reviewing applications. You will be responsible for dealing with tenant calls for maintenance ,delinquent rent payers , and RTDRS files . This position requires a valid drivers license and a cell phone. If you are currently enrolled in the Property Management course, we also encourage you to apply. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage and active members of the Edmonton Real Estate Association with MLS access. This position is very flexible, you can work from home, could turn into a full time position as a Property Manager and Realtor . Base salary plus commissions.
