As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in operations management, ideally within the vending, retail, or food service industry. You will play a key role in shaping the company's operational strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Lead a comprehensive reorganization strategy by consolidating smaller locations and focusing resources on high-value, larger accounts
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Oversee website enhancements, including uploading product photos, creating video tutorials for FGS machine navigation and troubleshooting, and managing product listings on the inventory platform
- Standardize the appearance of all machines with consistent branding and sticker designs
- Develop and implement a branded uniform program for all contractors to ensure professional brand representation
- Achieve a minimum 10% year-over-year growth in the vending segment
- Develop and execute a detailed upgrade and expansion plan, identifying locations requiring updates on a month-by-month basis to strengthen market presence
Operations & Quality Assurance:
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop, implement, and enforce quality assurance protocols to uphold Feel Good Snacks' service and brand standards
- Ensure all operations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and stakeholder expectations
- Drive productivity by reducing costs per unit, minimizing errors, and delivering outstanding customer service
Team & Resource Management:
- Monitor staffing requirements and recruit new team members as needed
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages and identify cost-effective suppliers
- Conduct regular budget reviews and provide cost plans and financial updates to leadership
- Deliver monthly training sessions and ongoing support for contractors to ensure efficient and consistent business operations
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar senior leadership role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage multiple locations simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget management, inventory control, and vendor relations
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the vending, food service, or retail industry
- Bilingual candidates are a strong asset (French/English or other languages)
- Experience managing digital platforms and marketing tools
- Familiarity with VendSoft or similar vending management platforms
