The Performance Solution Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing asset performance and maintenance strategies through data-driven insights and advanced reliability practices. This position focuses on leveraging condition monitoring, predictive analytics, and performance benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities across the asset lifecycle. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance equipment availability, reduce downtime, and align with organizational objectives.
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Analyze fleet availability, reliability and maintenance performance benchmarks and top level KPIs.
- Develop and support action plans that reduce operating costs and improve equipment performance.
- Produce regular fleet performance reports covering maintenance KPIs, parts performance and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Apply reliability and failure-prevention practices such as condition monitoring, SOS, RCA and AFA analysis.
- Monitor and optimize component replacement strategies based on application, condition monitoring and wear trends.
- Track and trend wear products (GET, buckets, undercarriage) and recommend solutions based on application and wear patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support implementation of performance and reliability initiatives.
Must-haves for this role:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Mining experience in a service-related, maintenance, reliability or performance role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) along with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability methodologies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel on regular basis to remote locations.
- French language proficiency.
