Duties
- Handling money
- Operating our POS system in order to make transactions, check inventory, and input orders into the system
- Greeting and conversing with customers in a friendly, respectful manor
- General store cleaning and upkeep
- Maintaining frequent, honest, and open communication with management and coworkers
- Ability to problem solve and deal with difficult customers
- Managing and conducting trade-ins for used games and consoles
