We are seeking a line cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As a vital part of our restaurant management, the line cook will assist the Head Chef and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow during service
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations
Proven
- background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Knowledge of the food industry trends, hospitality practices, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
