We are currently hiring for 2 positions.
We are looking for a Paint Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, answering questions, assisting with purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be creative with a strong ability to problem solve and a relaxed personality.

Responsibilities:
- All tasks required for selling paint such as assisting in color selection, mixing colorant into paint, delivering consistent accurate paint knowledge.
- Operate all point-of-sale equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy.
- Follow proper procedures for returns and refunds.
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service while in store and on phone.
- Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of store policies and procedures.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on a variety of products and departments.
- Attend all staff meetings and diligently follow staff training schedule.
2. We are also looking for a retail sales associate. Assist customers, stock shelves, operate tills, assemble products, and anything else that might be needed in the moment.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
