We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to high standards. Duties
- Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely to clean vehicles of all types.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
- Ensure vehicles are washed, dried, and detailed according to company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning tools and equipment after use.
- Handle cash or payment transactions accurately when applicable.
- Assist customers with instructions or guidance on the car wash process if needed.
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
