Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, manage documentation, prepare sales reports, and maintain efficient communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications related to sales inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for sales staff.
- Prepare sales documents including contracts, presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM systems).
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and finance for timely delivery and invoicing.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system (digital and physical).
- Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and manage documentation.
- Coordinate internal communications between departments related to sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
- Knowledge of sales procedures and documentation.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
