Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician or Automotive Apprentice to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and customer service skills with the ideal candidate having have a commitment to quality workmanship and a passion for working with premium performance and automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.
Duties, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using schematics and technical manuals to accurately identify issues
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY, VAG-COM/ODIS)
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair or replace vehicle components
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and training
- Experience working on European vehicles is a strong asset
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of proven dealership or mechanic experience
- Automotive Service Technician Certification or Apprentice (working towards)
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong diagnostic skills with modern automotive systems
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burlington, ON L7N 3T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Automotive repair: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
