Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Taxi Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services to passengers. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong time management abilities. Duties
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations promptly and securely
- Greet passengers courteously and assist with boarding, luggage, and seating arrangements as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, including regular inspections
- Manage cash transactions accurately and provide receipts when necessary
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during each shift
- Keep track of trip details, routes, and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch for route updates or customer requests
Qualifications
- Valid class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong time management skills to adhere to schedules and optimize routes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required

All shifts are available - days, evenings/nights, weekends.
Willing to help the right candidate obtain a class 4 driver's license.
