We're looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist who is passionate about hair, luxury guest experiences and building lasting client relationships. If you're seeking a salon that values artistry, collaboration, and professional growth, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services
- Provide thorough consultations and customized recommendations
- Create an elevated guest experience from consultation to finish
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding service and professionalism
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques and education
- Collaborate with a supportive team of talented beauty professionals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience
- Advanced cutting and colour expertise
- Confidence working with a wide range of hair types and services
- Exceptional communication and client care skills
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with hair extensions is not required but is an asset (especially Great Lengths)
- Experience with Davines, MOOD Professional Haircare or other premium salon brands is an asset but not required
- An established client following is considered a strong asset and we're equally excited to support ambitious professionals who are committed to growing their business within our salon.
