Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote)
About Us: Advanced Care Group is a Canadian healthcare staffing and education company based in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for one reliable part-time coordinator to oversee our digital marketing tools on an ongoing monthly basis.
The Role: Everything is already set up — the tools are chosen and ready. We need a self-directed person to keep everything running, review content before it publishes, and report back to us once a month. This is a low-maintenance relationship for both sides — we don't micromanage, and we expect you to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve AI-generated social media posts and short videos (Predis.ai) before publishing — approximately 8–12 posts per month
- Monitor Google Ads performance weekly and make minor adjustments
- Handle 1–2 basic website content updates per month (WordPress)
- Deliver a simple one-page monthly summary covering ad spend, traffic, and top performing content
- Attend one brief monthly check-in call
Requirements:
- Must be based in Canada
- Proven Google Ads experience — be specific in your application about what you have managed
- Hands-on experience with AI social media tools such as Predis.ai, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- Basic WordPress experience for content updates
- Proactive communicator who provides updates without being asked
- Available on a flexible monthly retainer of 8–10 hours
