As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to join our team and help customers navigate one of the most important steps of the vehicle purchasing process.
Position Overview
The Financial Services Manager plays a critical role in the vehicle purchase experience by helping customers secure financing and select protection products that fit their needs and budget. This position works closely with customers, lending institutions, and the sales team to ensure a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Financing & Lending
- Assist customers in securing vehicle financing and leasing solutions.
- Present financing and payment options clearly and professionally.
- Submit and manage credit applications with lending partners.
- Negotiate and secure competitive financing terms on behalf of customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and manufacturer finance partners.
Financial & Protection Products
- Present and explain available protection products including:
- Extended Service Plans
- Maintenance Packages
- GAP Protection
- Tire & Wheel Protection
- Rust Protection and Appearance Protection Products
- Other dealership-approved financial products
- Help customers make informed decisions based on their ownership needs and driving habits.
Deal Administration & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and complete all finance and leasing documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with OMVIC requirements, lender policies, manufacturer standards, and dealership procedures.
- Maintain accurate deal files and supporting documentation.
- Protect customer information and maintain strict confidentiality standards.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused purchasing experience.
- Answer customer questions regarding financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor finance and insurance performance metrics.
- Maintain strong product penetration while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to dealership profitability through ethical product presentations and lending practices.
Qualifications
Required
- OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
Preferred
- Previous automotive dealership experience.
- Previous automotive sales experience.
- Previous Financial Services Manager or F&I experience.
- Experience with dealership management software and lender portals.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
