We are seeking an experienced IT AI Governance Lead to drive AI governance, enterprise AI architecture, and AI implementation initiatives within a leading airline environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks and policies
- Lead AI implementation initiatives across enterprise IT projects
- Drive AI technical architecture, compliance, risk management, and responsible AI programs
- Partner with IT, cybersecurity, legal, data, and business teams
- Establish scalable AI governance and operational standards
- Support enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption strategies
- Monitor AI controls, audits, governance, and data management practices
Requirements:
Strong experience in AI Governance, AI Technical Architecture, and Enterprise IT Delivery
Experience leading AI implementation initiatives within large enterprise environments
Airline industry experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of AI/ML governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Experience working across enterprise digital transformation programs
French speaking is a strong plus
