Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandise and Reset Associate to join our retail team. This role involves executing store resets, merchandising displays, and ensuring product presentation aligns with company standards. Duties
- Implement store resets and planograms according to schematics, ensuring accurate placement of products.
- Manage merchandising displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Supervise team members during reset activities, providing leadership and guidance.
- Utilize POS systems for cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently.
- Assist with pricing adjustments and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Support marketing initiatives through visual design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing shopper inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain organized work areas, adhering to store policies on safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with store management on scheduling, administrative tasks, and store operations.
- Ensure timely completion of resets while managing time effectively across multiple projects.
Skills
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail or related fields.
- Strong retail sales background with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design principles.
- Knowledge of schematics, merchandising techniques, and POS systems.
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in marketing strategies and store management practices.
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, pricing adjustments, and administrative responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines during store resets. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about retail merchandising, visual presentation, and team leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Lifting and climbing needed
- Order picker, reach and forklift experience is an asset.
Pay: $17.00-$18.30 per hour
