With over 60 employees and a 28,000 square ft manufacturing facility, we have a solid foundation to be positioned for future growth, and as a result we need to strengthen our sales team to meet those goals.
Functional Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Installer is responsible for the installation and service of Altima products in accordance with standards and techniques as well as ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed. Troubleshooting and site dimensions are also an integral part of the position.
Principle Duties:
· Review and inspect work area to ensure installation can be performed
- Installation of company products at a standard set out by the company
· Installation of residential cabinetry and commercial millwork
- Service inspections and remedies
- Site dimensions and problem solving of site conditions
· Assist sub-contract installers during peak periods
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team setting

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to remain focused and complete tasks efficiently
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the cabinet and millwork industry
- Post secondary education in cabinetry an asset
Position Terms
- Full-time Monday to Friday (days)
- Overtime and weekends at peak times
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and vehicle.
- Legally permitted to work in Canada
- Speak, read and write fluent English
Salary and Benefits
- Wages start at $28 per hour
- 2 weeks’ Vacation to start
