Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation projects in Toronto. This role is vital in ensuring our projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency while aligning with our core values. Join us to build a rewarding career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results.
- Conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
- Monitor performance of installation technicians and advise them on how to improve
