About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, drain blockages, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
- Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades in residential homes.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide homeowners with clear explanations of findings and recommended solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and communicate repair options to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at each job site.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Complete service reports, invoices, and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Licensed plumber or registered apprentice (as required by local regulations).
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various residential environments.
