Child Safe Canada is seeking a dedicated individual to join our administrative team during a 18 month period. The successful candidate will thrive in a small, busy office, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and stay organized and focused. This role is ideal for someone with excellent memory, attention to detail, charismatic personality, and strong scheduling and planning skills.
Hours of Work:
Job Duties:
- Customer service, telephone inquires, registrations and support.
- Coordinator with the Director with projects and special initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with the Program Coordinator regarding scheduling and logistics.
- Support program licensees, including records management, renewals, orders, and billing coordination.
- Oversee marketing and communications, including social media (Facebook & Instagram), newsletters, and program promotions.
- Liaison with school boards, community partners, and external agencies.
- Support financial and administrative processes related to registrations, bookings, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organization of program materials and supplies across storage and classroom spaces.
- Act as Health and Safety Representative, supporting COR compliance, workplace inspections, reporting, documentation, and ongoing safety initiatives (will train).

- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a police and child welfare screening check.
- Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs occasionally, and reach high or low shelves as needed.
- Valid drivers license and vehicle.
- Experience working with children in the education sector is considered an asset.
Pay: $27.01-$30.01 per hour
