Roles & Responsibilities
As a Lawn Care & Outdoor Service Provider, you'll help residential and commercial customers maintain safe, clean, and attractive outdoor spaces throughout the year.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance.
- Maintaining gardens by planting, weeding, pruning, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and plants.
- Removing snow from driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and entrances during winter months.
- Trimming trees, hedges, bushes, and overgrown vegetation safely.
- Cleaning gutters and downspouts to help prevent water damage.
- Pressure washing driveways, patios, decks, fences, siding, and other exterior surfaces.
- Removing unwanted household items, yard waste, and debris responsibly.
- Using equipment safely while following industry best practices.
- Maintaining your tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicating professionally with customers before and after each booking.
- Arriving on time and completing services efficiently.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
