We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team within Materials Management, Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing pricing processes, ensuring margin goals are achieved, and supporting data accuracy across multiple systems. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, purchasing, and planning teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the restructuring and expansion of current processes, with a particular focus on Deal Registration, Vendor Backend Rebates, and Pricing.
- Manage and maintain customer profiles in SharePoint and Oracle JDE.

Lead the margin review process, ensuring targets are met using customer profiles.

Administer and update pricing feeds from vendors and distributors, including special pricing and quotes.

Review and resolve all backend cost-related issues.

Maintain and manage all SharePoint libraries related to Materials Management, including forms and Power Automate scripts.

Partner with Inside Sales to ensure order accuracy and margin attainment goals.

Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning teams to ensure cost accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, analysis, reporting).

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Working knowledge of Oracle JDE or similar ERP systems.

Knowledge of SQL is an asset.

Experience with structured and unstructured data is an asset.

Experience working with data extraction utilities, data mapping, and web query tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
