Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Sales Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping and irrigation products, along with the ability to confidently assist customers and provide product recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the irrigation and landscaping industry
- Strong understanding of irrigation products, components, and system design
- Comfortable using QuickBooks for invoicing and order processing---if no experience we can train
- Ability to prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, and homeowners and look for new clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Assets:
- Experience with outdoor landscape lighting products
- Sales experience within the irrigation, landscaping, or lighting industry
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with irrigation product selection and sales, opportunity for growth especially on self generated sales
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer orders
- Process orders through QuickBooks and company systems
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships
- Support business growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge
