Our marketing team works across product packaging, print materials, product photography, social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and community events to bring our brand to life and connect with our customers.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave contract.
This role combines graphic design and digital marketing. You'll be responsible for creating product packaging, labels, social media content, email marketing assets, and other visual materials while supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, community events, and sampling activations.
The ideal candidate has a passion for graphic design, a strong interest in digital marketing, takes initiative, is highly organized, and can manage projects independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design and update product labels, packaging, brochures, postcards, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Create digital assets for social media, email marketing, website content, and digital advertising.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
- Edit and update existing artwork as product information or branding changes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Social Media & Content
- Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging social media content, including Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.
- Schedule and publish content through SkedSocial
- Monitor Meta Business Suite and respond to customer messages when required.
Photography & Video
- Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography.
- Assist with food photo shoots and content creation.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing assets.
Marketing Support
- Assist with website content updates.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and print suppliers when needed.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Update Google Business Profile and other online business listings.
Events
- Assist with community events, pop-up events, and sampling activations.
- Prepare marketing materials and product samples for events.
- Capture photo and video content during events.
- Assist with event setup and organization.
Qualifications Required
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator (required) – experience creating and editing print-ready packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
- Adobe Photoshop.
- Canva.
- CapCut (or equivalent video editing software).
- Meta Business Suite.
- Mailchimp.
- Google Business Profile.
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience with food or product photography.
- Experience working with consumer brands, retail, or the food industry.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
- Experience preparing files for commercial printing and packaging production.
