We are seeking an experienced Full Scope/Red Seal Tower Crane Operator to join our team in Victoria, BC. This is a long‑term opportunity with stable hours, strong project continuity, and company‑provided housing for qualified candidates relocating or traveling for work.
About the Role
- Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations
- Perform full‑scope operations including lifts, rigging coordination, and daily inspections
- Work closely with site supervision and trades to maintain safe lift plans
- Maintain accurate logs, communication, and equipment checks
Requirements
- Full Scope or Red Seal Tower Crane Operator certification
- Minimum 3–5 years full‑scope tower crane experience
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
