Grout Plant Operator

In addition to engineered systems, AMIX offers rental grout plant solutions with operational support, providing flexible deployment options across the mining and construction industries.
Our systems are built around proprietary high-shear colloidal mixing technology, delivering superior grout quality, reduced mixing time, and improved operational efficiency.
Applications include:
- Underground cementitious grout for CRF applications
- TBM and two-component grouting
- Cementitious grout and bentonite mixing systems
What You Will Do
We are seeking a Grout Batch Plant Operator to provide onsite operations for the rental fleet. This role is primarily focused on setting up and commissioning of the rental units and running batch cycles for the client, testwork and production optimisation.
Current work locations include Vancouver, Yukon and Edmonton, with more to follow
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience as a batch plant operator
- Ability to travel for 2-6 weeks site rotations
- Strong background in industrial or mining Industry
Valued experience (not mandatory, will be developed through R&D and further industry exposure):
- Cementitious grout mixing
- Bentonite mixing
- Underground CRF experience
- Commissioning and field engineering
Location & Travel
- Travel to project sites as required

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Experience:
- Bentonite: 1 year (preferred)
- Cement Batch plant: 1 year (required)
