We are looking to hire confident, outgoing individuals to join our team as Campus Survey Representatives. This role involves going around college and university campuses and speaking with students to gather quick survey responses and feedback.
This is a great opportunity for students or young professionals who enjoy talking to people, networking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage with students on campus
- Conduct short surveys and gather feedback
- Speak with 100–200 people per day
- Represent the company professionally and positively
- Work independently while staying motivated throughout the day
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Strong communication skills
- Must be confident and outgoing
- Not shy or afraid to approach strangers
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in door-to-door sales, survey work, promotions, fundraising, canvassing, customer outreach, or any role that requires approaching complete strangers and starting conversations
Ideal Candidate
- Students or young individuals are preferred
- Comfortable in social environments
- Self-motivated and driven
- Sales, marketing, customer service, or canvassing experience is a strong asset
