Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of online marketing strategies. The role focuses on improving brand visibility, increasing website traffic, and supporting lead generation and conversion growth across digital channels. This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple marketing platforms and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing tools
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation to improve organic search visibility
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimisation for search engines
- Create engaging visual and written content for digital campaigns using design tools where needed
- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Support management of PPC campaigns, including performance tracking and optimisation for ROI
- Assist with basic website updates and troubleshooting to improve user experience (HTML/CSS knowledge beneficial)
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals
Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Experience managing WordPress websites and updating content
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
- Understanding of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaign performance
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or similar) is a plus
Pay: $67,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
