We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician (3rd–4th Year preferred) to join our installation team.This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in the rapidly growing residential electrification industry while working alongside experienced HVAC and electrical professionals.Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations for:
- Heat pumps
- Air handlers and ductless systems
- Electric furnaces and boilers
- Oil-to-electric transition projects
- Install residential wiring, breakers, disconnects, and related electrical components
- Support panel upgrades and new electrical circuits as required
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to HVAC equipment
- Work collaboratively with HVAC technicians and installers on complete home comfort systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical code requirements
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Provide excellent customer service in homeowners’ residences
Qualifications
- Registered Electrical Apprentice (3rd or 4th Year preferred)
- Residential electrical experience required
- Experience working with HVAC or heat pump systems is considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong communication and customer service skills
