We’re looking for a confident, people-loving go-getter to join our team as a 21M Sales Rep. Your mission: pick up the phone, spark conversations, and help businesses discover how the right promotional products can make their brand unforgettable. If you thrive on connection, creativity, and a little bit of hustle — this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Call potential clients and introduce them to our world of creative merch.
- Get past the gatekeepers and chat with the right people (marketing teams, event managers, project leads).
- Brainstorm clever, tailored promo ideas to fit their events and campaigns.
- Keep our CRM squeaky-clean with notes on calls, leads, and wins.
- Stay sharp on industry trends so you know what’s hot (and what's not).
- Join training sessions to ensure continual improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field (preferred)
- Experience with cold calling / cold emailing — you’re not afraid to hit “dial.”
- A knack for building rapport quickly — clients should enjoy hearing from you.
- Bonus points if you’ve done business development or technical sales before.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing). French is a big plus — bilingual = bonus brownie points.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and independent, but also a solid team player.
- High energy, confidence, and creativity — we want someone who brings ideas and results.
