▸ SUPERINTENDENT TRAINEE — Join our certified training program and we'll prepare you for a full-time superintendent role in an Ontario condo building. No prior experience required.
▸ EXPERIENCED SUPERINTENDENT — Already working in building operations? We place qualified superintendents directly into condo buildings across the GTA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Manage day-to-day operations of a condominium building
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and common area systems
- Respond to resident requests and building emergencies
- Ensure compliance with Ontario's Condominium Act and TSSA requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, property managers, and condo boards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain building documentation

TRAINEE PROGRAM COVERS

- Ontario Condominium Act
- TSSA compliance and building safety
- Fire and life safety codes
- Building systems — HVAC, mechanical, electrical

- Maintenance scheduling and documentation
