Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Setup & Tear-Down Crew. This role is responsible for the delivery, setup, installation, dismantling, and removal of event rental equipment for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, festivals, trade shows, and private events.
Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak event seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, transport, and organize event rental equipment.
- Set up and tear down tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other event-related equipment.
- Ensure all event setups meet company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure accuracy and quality before event completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve onsite setup challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when required.
- Assist with warehouse duties, inventory management, and equipment maintenance as needed.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labour for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
Availability Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including:
- Early mornings
- Late evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Overtime as required
- Availability during peak event seasons is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
