Requirements:
- MUST POSSESS A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENCE IN ONTARIO (RECO)
- Previous success in facilitating sales within residential real estate is preferred, but not required for new agents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Coachable with a goal-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment
