We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Web Developer to support website creation, management, content creation, design, client communication, and marketing execution. This is a long-term and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the company and play a key role in shaping how we operate and grow.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable switching between different design and development tasks and priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, uses both creative and analytical thinking, enjoys contributing across multiple areas of the business, and is eager to learn online marketing and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan build and manage WordPress & Laravel sites
- Create, write, and edit SEO-optimized copy and blog content.
- Analyze the data to help make data-driven decisions for marketing strategies.
- Design creative assets using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Communicate with clients about updates, feedback, and ongoing tasks, helping build strong professional relationships.
- Attend occasional networking and community events with the team.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support various tasks as business needs evolve.
- You will collaborate closely with a Senior Full-stack developer while following established workflows and processes or help refine them.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in programming fundamentals is required.
- Strong proficiency in following technologies (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS & HTML).
- Great understanding of how web components work (Backend, Frontend & Database)
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals and user experience best practices during the design and content development process, with a strong interest in learning advanced SEO strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, tools and shifting priorities in a small-team environment.
- Confident working directly with clients and representing the company professionally.
- At least 2 years of post-secondary education in web design, computer science, or a related program.

- Experience working with Elementor & WordPress eco-system.
- Experience with custom WordPress theme & plugin development.
