Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have experience in B2B and high-end sales environments. This role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, supporting clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and strategic upselling. Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs. The Sales Person will play a key role in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients through outside sales efforts
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, including dealerships and retail outlets
- Support existing customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities during client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organizational tools
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on sales goals
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, or networking opportunities to expand professional contacts
Experience
- Proven experience in indoor sales in flooring , B2B sales, or high-end sales environments
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Experience with dealership or retail sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Background in sales management or supporting a sales team is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to sales growth
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service roles will be advantageous
