Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and general site tasks to ensure smooth operations across projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general manual labour including lifting, digging, and moving supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup activities at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
