Responsibilities

- Demonstrate product features and benefits through compelling product demos tailored to customer interests
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demonstrations or technical sales discussions
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Proven technical sales experience with the ability to conduct effective product demos
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks and maintain organized displays
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse communities
- Experience in cashiering, cashier training, or retail merchandising enhances your suitability for this role
