As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to add an ambitious and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to their Calgary team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Build strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
- Process customer orders accurately while preparing quotations and responding to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to provide exceptional customer support and help grow existing accounts.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, inventory availability and order status.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and create additional value for customers.
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ERP systems.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing responsive, professional service.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, inside sales or another customer-facing environment.
- Recent graduates with a Business, Commerce or related education are encouraged to apply.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for building relationships with customers.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers professionally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn technical products and develop a career in sales.
- Self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges and grow within the organization.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new CRM and ERP systems.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in building materials, flooring, construction products or distribution.
- Experience preparing quotations, processing orders or supporting a sales team.
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP or similar business systems.
