We are a rapidly growing mortgage lending company seeking a full-time Mortgage Administrator to support our day-to-day mortgage operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our mortgage files and payment processes are handled efficiently while supporting both our Operations Manager and Senior Vice President, Mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage newly approved mortgage files, including auditing files for accuracy, updating internal software, and documenting NSF payments.
- Process, set up, and upload mortgage and investor payments.
- Complete banking setup and process general banking entries.
- Manage mortgage renewals from start to finish.
- Prepare and issue mortgage discharge statements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage operations team as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or mortgage lending industry.
- Experience with mortgage administration, mortgage servicing, or payment processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel and general computer skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and dependable work ethic.
- The ability to work remotely, with availability to attend training in the Kitchener or Mississauga area.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
