Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training and supervising the BOH team
- Creating shift schedules and managing labour costs
- Managing the BOH labour and food costs
- Managing the kitchen environment
- Ordering all food products and supplies
- Developing strong relationships with the team and creating a great culture
- Honesty
Required skills and experience:
- 1 -2 years as Lead / Sous Chef in the restaurant industry
- 5 years plus of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven leadership and exceptional culinary skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit
Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
