Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing various types of heavy machinery. Have a good knowledge and experience in engine repair.
Duties
- This position is responsible for safely completing all fleet and commercial mechanical repairs to trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
- Ideally, you should have achieved journeyman/journeywoman status of the Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, or Truck & Transport Mechanic program and can diagnose and complete repairs on all aspects of heavy equipment.
- CUMMINS experience is important.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ENGINE REPAIR
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- JourneyPerson certificate REQUIRED
- CVI License (preferred)
- Willing to Get trained, working on Cummins Engines.
- Must have at least 4 years experience

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
