Summary:
We are currently seeking a RIBO-licensed CSR (Sales and Service) to join a growing insurance brokerage in Pickering. This role will support a commercial book of business, working closely with Account Managers and Producers to deliver strong client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal/commercial insurance accounts
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
- Assist with quotations and new business submissions
- Respond to client inquiries and provide coverage support
- Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters
- Maintain accurate client files and documentation
Requirements:
- Active RIBO license (required)
- 1–3+ years of personal/commercial lines experience preferred
- Strong understanding of personal/commercial policies (property, liability, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with brokerage systems (EPIC, TAM, or similar) is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
