Residential Cleaning Team Member (Long-Term Opportunity)
Pay: From $25/hour + mileage reimbursement
We’re a well-established, busy residential cleaning company looking for reliable, English-speaking team members who take pride in their work and are seeking a stable, long-term position.
This is not a short-term or seasonal role. We’re looking for people who value consistency, show up reliably, and want to grow with a company that values trust and quality.
What the Role Offers
● From $26 per hour, depending on experience● Mileage reimbursement at provincial rates (use of your vehicle required; carpooling when possible)● Minimum 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours● Consistent 2-week rotating schedule● Workdays kept under 8 hours whenever possible due to the physical nature of the job● All cleaning products and equipment provided
The Work
● Residential home cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly)● Vacation rental turnovers● Move-in / move-out cleans● One-time and deep cleans
Who This Role Is Best Suited For
● Someone who wants ongoing, long-term employmentwith steady hours● Comfortable working independently and with a team● Strong attention to detail; willing to learn (training provided)● Physically capable of a highly active, on-your-feet role● Fluent English communication skills● Non-smoker● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency are essential
