We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance operations within our hospitality facility.

The Executive Housekeeping Manager will lead a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, and implement quality control measures to maintain a pristine environment for guests and staff alike.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks across all areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address any concerns promptly to uphold service excellence.
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices where possible to promote environmental responsibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in industrial cleaning techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Experience managing teams, scheduling staff shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning environments.
- Previous experience in training staff on cleaning procedures and quality assurance processes is highly desirable.
