We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our logistics team.
The Position
As a Delivery Helper, you will work alongside our delivery team to safely deliver, place, level, and set up major appliances and mattresses in our customers’ homes.
You will help load and unload delivery vehicles, protect customers’ homes and merchandise, unpack products, and ensure each delivery is completed professionally and with care.
When not making deliveries, you will assist with warehouse organization, product preparation, receiving inventory, cleaning, property maintenance, and other duties as required.

- Comfort using scan guns, handheld devices, and inventory systems.
- Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
Qualifications
- Physically able to lift and move appliances and mattresses weighing more than 80 pounds with assistance.
- Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, and remain active throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in a warehouse, and in customers’ homes.
- Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or customer-service experience is an asset.
- A valid Ontario G driver’s licence and clean driving record are assets but are important.
- Professional fluency in English.
Working at Barber & Haskill
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive wage based on experience.
The regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, generally between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary depending on delivery schedules and business needs.
