Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing medical supplies company seeking a motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Greater Toronto Area. This role is a hybrid of proactive outbound territory development—targeting medical spas, aesthetic clinics, and infusion centers—and dedicated account management
Key Responsibilities
· Territory Growth: Actively identify, target, and acquire new business across regional infusion clinics, medical spas, and ambulatory surgical accounts.
· Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, medical directors, and buyers.
· Sales Execution: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, prepare competitive price quotations, and execute disciplined follow-ups to close deals.
· Supplier Coordination: Interface directly with key manufacturing suppliers to secure competitive pricing, check product availability, and manage procurement logistics.
· Collateral & Promotion: Assist in preparing localized product sell-sheets, promotional brochures, or digital catalogs to support field-sales drop-ins and marketing initiatives.
· Order Tracking: Coordinate closely with internal operations and warehouse staff to ensure flawless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
Requirements
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or medical sales is an asset.
· Proven track record of cold-calling, field prospecting, or handling high volume sales cycles with excellent closing skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional presentation
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· Knowledge of Shopify, Canva, or similar platforms for light marketing material is a strong asset.
· Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
