Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, possess strong attention to detail, and have a positive attitude toward providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Restock amenities and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain confidentiality of guest information
Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
