Knight & Rose Café is a premium lounge-style café in the heart of Streetsville. Known for our handcrafted drinks, quality food, warm hospitality, and elegant atmosphere, we're looking for someone who can confidently manage the café while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Position Summary
We're hiring a reliable and professional Server / Guest Experience Associate who can independently manage front-of-house operations, prepare beverages, maintain the café, and assist with creating social media content during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests with exceptional customer service
- Prepare coffees, teas, matcha, specialty drinks, and mocktails (training provided)
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Open or close the café depending on your shift
- Process orders and payments using the POS system
- Monitor inventory and report items that need restocking
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of drinks, food, and the café for Instagram and TikTok
- Assist with content shoots and appear in social media content
- Work independently while maintaining Knight & Rose's premium standards
Qualifications
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
- Friendly, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable working independently
- Enjoys creating content and using social media
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
