Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling strategies
- Maintain excellent communication skills to handle objections, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles with a focus on technology or business development sales
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
