Full-Time 2nd to 4th Year Apprentice CNC / Manual Lathe Machinist

What You’ll Do
- Create and verify CNC programs.
- Set up and run a wide variety of parts efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
- Cut a range of internal and external threads
- Use precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards.
- Adapt to urgent, same-day machining jobs when required.
- Operate different machines for diverse projects.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Mindset: Motivated, self-driven, and ready to take on new challenges — we want people who thrive on problem-solving and aren’t afraid to push their skills further.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of lathe machining in the oilfield industry.
- Skills: Manual Lathe, Manual Mill, and Radial Drill experience. CNC Control experience Fagor, Fanuc, Weiler an asset but not required.
- Tools & Transport: Your own transportation and personal measuring tools (basic and precision).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, and to be enrolled into our evening shift rotation schedule.
- Independence: Ability to work efficiently without supervision.
Work Schedule
- Day Shift Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening Shift Rotation, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Frequent overtime opportunities
