We are childcare center located in Southwest Calgary. We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Operations Officer to oversee our daily business functions and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.

- Wage: $37.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

[Key Responsibilities]
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with provincial childcare regulations.
- Manage administrative budgets, financial reporting, and operational costs.
- Oversee human resources tasks, including staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate government subsidy applications and handle complex administrative documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with parents and stakeholders regarding center policies and services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the center's service delivery.
[Qualifications]
- Education: Completion of Post-Secondary College level in Business or a related field is required.
- Work experience : Minimum 2years related work experience.
- Criminal Record Check: A comprehensive criminal check from every country of residence since the age of 18 is required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial literacy, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
